Amy Sukinik is a leadership consultant and coach with over 25 years of experience in executive and leadership assessment and coaching, program facilitation and design, and the creation of learning tools and resources that enable individual and organizational success. A credentialed leadership and organizational coach, Amy possesses certifications in the Hogan Suite of Assessments, EQ2i Emotional Intelligence instruments, MBTI Types 1 & 2, and a variety of 360 tools. She’s worked with leaders at tech companies such as Postman and Cisco, as well as with individuals at Fortune 100 & Fortune 500 companies including AbbVie, KPMG LLP, Aon Consulting, NBC Universal, BlackRock, General Mills, and the NBA amongst others.
She strikes an effective balance between active listening, focused questioning, and perspective sharing, whether serving as a coach, a facilitator, or a strategic advisor. Amy is passionate about helping individuals achieve greater self-awareness in service of growing capability, increasing confidence, and enhancing effectiveness. She possesses a proven track record of quickly and accurately gauging individual and organizational strengths and areas of opportunity and identifying targeted actions that improve performance.
Amy earned a MS degree in Counseling and College Student Development from Northeastern University in Boston and a BA in English Literature from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY.
